Terms of Service

These terms are maintained by Profound Network Ltd and cover use of the Profound Live platform by organisations and professionals.

The service

Organisations open a Discovery; Profound brings forward verified professionals worth meeting. Contact details are exchanged only after a professional accepts an introduction.

Subscriptions

Organisations subscribe to Discovery Days, which they allocate between Discoveries. There are no fees when someone is hired.

Professional membership

Membership is free. Professionals control visibility, availability and who may contact them.

Acceptable use

No scraping, no unsolicited outreach outside the introduction workflow, and no misuse of contact details revealed through an accepted introduction.
